New Plumeri cafe

Jay Plumeri, owner and operator of Plumeri in Tribeca and the former manager of such famed restaurants as River Cafe, Water Club and Bice, is opening his second New York City restaurant at 41 Greenwich Ave.

Mr. Plumeri signed a 10-year lease for 1,600 s/f of prime retail space at the property located in the heart of the vibrant Greenwich Avenue corridor.

The CB Richard Ellis retail services team of C. Bradley Mendelson and Steven Soutendijk arranged the lease transaction on behalf of the building ownership, Greenwich West LLC. Winslow and Company represented Jay Plumeri in the negotiations.
